The purchaser carefully reviews all proofs and samples, as Paint & Plush is unable to offer revisions once products are approved and sent to print. Special circumstances and negotiations will be considered.

All parties will adhere to a schedule for the design and production phase. New design requests or delays in feedback may slow production and require a rush fee depending on the complexity of the request.

For printed products, Paint & Plush sends physical samples for approval before proceeding to final production. This is because colors vary depending on your computer/tablet/phone.

Please note, for any hand-produced artwork such as calligraphy or individually drawn embellishments, there will be slight detail and placement variances throughout. This is the nature of a human hand vs. a machine.

All pricing is in USD and does not include shipping and/or postage costs. On the rare occasion that a product is incorrectly priced, Paint & Plush reserves the right to cancel or refund the order.

Should images of work curated by Paint & Plush be published, Paint & Plush must be correctly credited and notified of the publication prior to its feature. This is valid to both printed and digital publications. 

Paint & Plush retains the rights to post the purchaser’s product in our portfolio, on our website, and social media. If there is an issue with us doing so, please advise beforehand.

Packages are sent via tracked USPS with signature required on delivery. Delivery timeframes are dependent on the postal service capability as Paint & Plush has no control over shipment timeframes. It is advised to allow a buffer timeframe for any potential delays during shipment. Paint & Plush is not responsible, nor may be held liable for any losses, damages or delays due to shipping. International orders may be liable for taxes or tariffs upon entry to your country, these are the responsibility of the client.

The purchaser carefully checks over all proofs thoroughly including content, spelling, colors, type, font, sizes, etc. All parties will adhere to the agreed upon number of complimentary design revisions. Additional revisions require a fee.

Paint & Plush is unable to offer refunds or cancellations. Any mistakes made by Paint & Plush will be promptly corrected without additional charges. If there is an error with the wording/design which was approved by the purchaser, the costs of reprinting or revising are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All designs and artwork created by Paint & Plush are protected by copyright and are the sole property of Paint & Plush, unless otherwise indicated. Only Paint & Plush reserves the right to make derivative works from the original.
